Before starting Secret Sundays, I always share a few important hotlines. Hotlines can be very helpful if you feel very much alone, if you're feeling physically and/or mentally isolated, and/or if you need help figuring out how to GET help in the first place. I add to this list periodically, and if you've had a great experience with a hotline that's missing from this list I'd love to hear from you via the contact form on my website so I can add it!

If you don't see a hotline that feels right for you, my trick is literally just Googling "hotline" or "helpline," plus the particular issue I'm needing help with (there are SO many numbers out there!). Before calling for myself or a friend, I like to poke around their site and make sure they're likely a good fit.

(Feel free to share these - sometimes we get to a point where we aren't sure what to do or say, or how to help somebody get help; these hotlines can be a good start).
